Tom(family flea market) Aaron and I did Ruby lake on Sunday just to get out and wheel in the sun. Trip went good. I lost all Power to my starter at the rock garden. I climbed underneath to discover that the starter bolts had backed out and my power wire was broke in half. Quick fix and we were off again. I got some new Body damage on the blazer. I was watching a jagged branch above my truck to see if it was going to impale my soft top and while paying attention to that I put the front passenger side of the truck into a tree. LUCKILY I had JUST welded on Aarons old CUCV brushguard and it took most of the hit. I still did manage to bust the blinker assembly. I also tried to climb up a dirt embankment and rubbed the whole drivers side and left a few waves......DOH. Aaron also discovered that BOTH his center pins in front axle had broken and his axle had slid 1-2" forward on the trail, so we had to unbolt the axle and get it lined up againa nd tighten the hell out of it for the trip home.
Also Aaron brought his Weiner dog so I had to make her live up to her breeds name!!!!! LOL (IMG:http://www.supermotors.net/getfile/804226/fullsize/039.jpg) |

This is where I waved and crinkled the drivers side of my rig. I knew it would happen but for like 5 years I've always wanted to try that line, finally nutted up and went for it.
