Sunday was another short run up and down Upper Purches:
We had the following on this run: Chris in the Suburban Mike in the Jimmy Mike in the XJ Jed in the Bronco Danny in the 2500 Jeremy in the K5 Aaron CUCV Chris broke a the rear U-joint straps Danny broke his tranny |

Monday was suppose to be a short run up Churchill. It turned into a long day after we reached a mud pit that no one could make it through. Mike broke a stub shaft. I broke an U-joint and then started losing the steering box. Mike and I started working our way down behind Jed. Jeremy, Aaron, and Nate went up a little further then turned around. 2/3 down the trail my steering box broke completely loose. We tried fixing it and broke the winch cable then decided to leave it overnight.

Then he broke a rim after crossing the river back at camp.
